Job summary

Super Scale Labs Private Limited is seeking passionate early-career engineers (0–2 years) to build modern web apps with AI capabilities for US-based law firms. This is a fully remote, full-stack engineering role with AI/LLM integration.

You will work on AI-driven product development, contribute to prototypes, and collaborate in agile teams. Strong CS fundamentals and experience with at least one language (C/Java/Ruby/Python) preferred; Git and REST API experience helpful.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI-powered web applications.
• Familiar with REST APIs and integrating external services.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools/LLMs in projects.

Job description

We are seeking passionate early-career engineers (0 to 2 years of experience) who are excited to build modern web applications augmented with AI capabilities.

You will work on AI-driven product development for the legal industry, focusing on US-based law firms, in a full-stack engineering role with AI/LLM integration.

• Fixed annual salary: ₹13,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 (based on skills and interview performance)
• Performance-based yearly bonus of up to ₹3,00,000 paid quarterly

• Built and shipped AI-powered prototypes or MVPs through hackathons, coding challenges, or personal experiments
• Ability to break down problems and build practical AI-driven solutions
• Iterated on prompts or workflows to improve output quality
• Your GitHub profile showcases AI-related projects, experiments, or prototypes (will be reviewed during the selection process)
• Building full-stack applications using modern frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React.js)
• Integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows) into web applications
• Writing clean, maintainable, and test-driven code
• Collaborating in agile teams using pair programming and code reviews
• Experimenting with AI tools to improve development productivity
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms)
• Experience with at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python, etc.)
• Internship/project experience (6-12 months is a plus)
• Hands-on exposure to concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings / vector search, and prompt engineering (academic or project-level is sufficient)
• Practical understanding of challenges like hallucinations and response evaluation
• Experience using AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, open-source models) in projects or experiments
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating external services
• Experience with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
