Job Description

The AI Software Engineer contributes to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions supporting the Firm’s business needs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality code, collaborating with project teams, and leveraging modern technologies, including AI systems, throughout the software development lifecycle. The AI Software Engineer operates under general supervision, applying strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment to complete tasks and drive innovation.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools and systems to accelerate development, optimize testing processes, and enhance productivity.
• Design, develop, and implement web solutions based on functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Contribute to software architecture design and integration strategies.
• Perform unit testing and support system validation for production deployments.
• Participate in project meetings to determine scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and support existing applications, address technical bugs, and resolve end-user issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and manuals.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant web development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6).
• Experience with AI tools and systems (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted testing, AI-based documentation tools).
• Proficient with Git version control and AI assistants like Copilot.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work independently or collaboratively.
