Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC seeks an Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert to bridge AI innovation and workforce transformation for national security.

You will advise on AI education, develop curricula, and guide curriculum labs and exercises across generative AI, LLMs, ML/DL, data science, and governance. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, a U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor’s in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of technical experience in AI, ML, data science, analytics or related field.
• Experience applying AI to operational, mission, research, or business challenges.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI architectures, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance and federal AI policies.
• Strong understanding of modern AI methodologies and workflows.
• Deep Python development skills and ability to analyze codebases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal AI technical advisor for AI education, workforce development and training.
• Collaborate with IG Labs to identify emerging AI technologies for workforce opportunities.
• Define skills, competencies, and certification standards for an AI-ready workforce.
• Guide curriculum, labs, simulations, and practical exercises for real-world AI.
• Provide leadership across generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, ML, DL and data science.
• Ensure content aligns with government AI strategies and mission requirements.
• Develop use cases demonstrating AI applications to real challenges.
• Support AI demonstrations, workshops and customer engagements.
