Job summary

Harvard Business School seeks a contract Application Analyst for AI Services to support faculty, learners, and staff. You will operate AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Lovable, provisioning users and troubleshooting incidents while collaborating with the technical team on requirements and design.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a technical role.

• Experience administering, configuring, and maintaining AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, escalate and resolve software incidents for AI applications.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts for AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable).
• Configure applications to match business needs and draft/update documentation.
• Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles; support project releases.
