Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Threat and Vulnerability Analyst to direct AI security initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating risks in the use, development, deployment, and operation of AI technologies.

You will lead AI security programs, collaboration with governance and architecture teams, and drive risk-based decisions at senior levels. Hybrid mobility with on-site requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8 years minimum related work experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 8 years, 12 years related experience with HS/GED.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI security SME across the enterprise.
• Develop and mature AI Attack Surface Management capabilities.
• Evaluate risks of AI apps, agents, LLMs, and AI-enabled processes.
• Partner with AI Governance, Cyber Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology teams to set security requirements.
• Develop executive-level risk reporting related to AI security posture.
