Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Threat and Vulnerability Analyst to guide the AI security program and lead risks across the enterprise. The role focuses on securing AI deployments, including AI models, data pipelines, and integrations, with collaboration across Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and business teams.

As a senior technical leader, you will drive AI threat intelligence, risk prioritization, and remediation workflows while aligning with enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years of related cybersecurity work experience.
• Experience assessing security risks of AI technologies and AI-enabled operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature AI Attack Surface Management capabilities across the enterprise.
• Identify and mitigate risks in AI applications, models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled processes.
• Lead security reviews, governance integration, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
