Job summary

SC Johnson seeks an Associate Manager, AI Security Engineer to enable secure, responsible AI adoption across the business. This hands-on role builds expertise in AI security architecture, threat modeling, adversarial testing, governance, and secure AI engineering.

You will assess risks, design controls, and collaborate with business teams to protect information while preserving AI value. Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering in areas such as AI, cloud, security, or software development.
• 5+ years designing, building, or securing enterprise tech, cloud services, or security tech.
• Foundational cybersecurity principles: IAM, data protection, secure design.
• Experience with major AI/cloud ecosystems: Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI security policies into practical engineering controls.
• Build AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions and automation.
• Design safeguards against AI threats including prompt injection and data exposure.
• Support AI development teams with secure build, dependencies, and access controls.
• Define security validation methods like threat modeling and adversarial testing.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and incident response for AI activities.
• Communicate AI security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
