Job summary

Glean is seeking experienced engineers to tackle data and AI security challenges as part of a rapidly growing startup. You will work with product managers and designers to balance constraints and deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade solutions that keep users safe.

You will lead greenfield features, mentor teammates, and collaborate across disciplines to architect scalable data pipelines and REST APIs while delivering robust code and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering.
• Experience developing enterprise security products.
• Experience using AI/ML in products.
• BA/BS in computer science or related degree.
• Experience shipping scalable features frontend and backend.
• Customer-focused and cross-functional mindset.
• Strong REST API design experience.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee greenfield features from inception to launch.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers.
• Architect data pipelines, AI models, and REST APIs.
• Write robust, readable, testable code.
