Job summary

Regrello is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to drive Agile practices across multiple delivery teams for its workflow orchestration platform. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high- quality delivery and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, transparency, and the removal of impediments to enable high-performing teams and predictable release readiness for Regrello enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Management, or Agile Delivery experience.
• Experience supporting software development or enterprise platform implementations.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Principles, Agile Portfolio Management.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Regrello delivery teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Track sprint progress and delivery commitments; manage dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to manage priorities and backlog health.
• Lead retrospective sessions and drive continuous improvement.
