Position Details:
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant.
Location:
This is a REMOTE opportunity in the United States. Candidate must reside in the US and be work authorized. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transcard is a leading SaaS-based payments company transforming the way businesses and financial institutions move money. Our solutions simplify complex payment processes through secure, seamless, and scalable technology. As we expand our AI initiatives, a visionary AI Sales Enablement Expert will help drive strategy, partnerships, and growth in this emerging space.
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Artificial Intelligence Sales Enablement Expert to guide Transcard in designing, refining, and launching our new AI sales agents. This individual will be an expert in creating templates of best practices outlining the entire sales enablement process and nurturing sales leads from prospecting to closing the deal. This sales enablement lead will manage the training and refinement of our AI-driven sales agents that are embedded within the Transcard payment platform. The goal of these AI Agents is to up-sell Transcard value-added data and services.
· Drive top-line revenue growth by refining our AI Sales Agents scripts and algorithms to monetize our large customer base of SMBs and medium-sized businesses. The AI Sales Enablement Expert will design the agents to optimize up-selling Transcard’s value-added products and services.
· As the Subject Matter Expert of AI-driven Sales, you will utilize sales enablement best practices (from prospecting through closing deals) to inform the product team of best practices in the sales process that can be replicated and refined in AI Agents.
· Create best-practice templates, scripts, and procedures to train AI Sales Agents. Design, monitor, and enhance the scripts that our AI Sales agents utilize to up-sell new products and services to end users.
· Advise and design targeting profiles for AI Sales agents to execute and determine appropriate AI-driven messaging and campaigns (right message at the right time) to prospects.
· Create nurturing campaigns including email, in-product messaging, call campaigns, etc.
· Develop marketing and sales campaigns for end users interacting with Transcard Sales Agents.
· Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring AI-enabled products and solutions to market.
· The AI Sales Enablement Expert will work across Transcard’s suite of products.
· Work closely with key clients to identify and prioritize AI features that address their business challenges and create added value.
· Work with product, marketing, data science, and UX/UI teams to design, develop, and launch industry-leading AI and ML products.
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement roles with a proven track record of creating sales best practices templates to nurture and monetize an existing customer base.
· Strong writing skills with deep experience in creating sales scripts and effectively communicating key product value propositions.
· Proven product marketing experience working with marketing teams to execute targeted marketing and create sales nurturing campaigns.
· Deep understanding of cash flow management, financial obligations, and key decisions of CFOs or Treasurers.
· Strong knowledge of business Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor Management, and Liquidity Management.
· Familiarity with business loans, trade finance, and working capital loans.
· In-depth experience with Gen AI and AI Agents.
· Understanding of AI and ML technologies, including their applications and limitations.
· Experience collaborating with product management teams to incorporate client feedback into AI feature roadmaps.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
· Preferred knowledge of business lending/trade finance (e.g., Supply Chain Finance, BNPL) and working capital financial products.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Preferred experience in payments or financial services product management.
· This role requires 10-25%+ travel to support team operations across various locations.
Education and/or Certifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
· AI/ML certifications (e.g., Coursera, MIT, Google) or product/solution selling certifications are a plus.
