• Experience delivering high‑impact technical programs across product, platform, API, infrastructure, ML or safety domains.
• Ability to translate safety and product priorities into actionable roadmaps and plans.
• Experience with cloud deployments and operationalizing platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, research, and design to shape technical roadmaps and safeguards priorities.
• Translate objectives into execution plans balancing near‑term delivery and long‑term evolution.
• Lead cross‑functional programs end to end from problem definition to deployment.
• Own milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, decisions, and accountability across multiple teams.
• Collaborate on system architecture, APIs, cloud deployment patterns, and platform integrations.
• Drive development or rollout of safeguards such as evaluations, classifiers, monitoring, and enforcement workflows.
• Coordinate readiness for sensitive deployments with appropriate safety controls and external partners.
• Identify misuse risks and define ownership for prevention, detection, investigation, and enforcement.
• Establish metrics for program delivery, deployment readiness, safety effectiveness, and user experience.
• Represent customer needs in technical and leadership decisions, balancing risk and usefulness.
• Communicate program health, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to engineers and executives.
• Improve delivery and safety outcomes with scalable tooling and data‑driven workflows.
