Google is seeking an Intelligence Analyst within the Intel Analysis team to identify, analyze, and prioritize threats across AI safety, model behavior, fraud, and global events. You will surface emerging trends by combining research, signals, and cross-functional insights to produce machine-readable risk data for real-time use.

You will own the risk portfolio for model behavior across chatbots and multimodal agents, develop taxonomies and threat models, and collaborate with safety researchers

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in AI safety, alignment, policy, governance, or risk analysis.
• Ability to read and critically assess AI research and communicate findings to non-specialists.

• Connect incidents to trends and produce quick-turn and strategic assessments with clear recommendations.
• Assess how new capabilities affect risk and contribute evidence to safety cases and risk tracking after launch.
• Turn findings into taxonomies, threat models, and mitigations with clear owners.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to automate research monitoring and signal triage.
