You will work at the intersection of policy, operations, and regulatory exposure, coordinating with Legal, Public Policy, and Privacy stakeholders to ensure proportionate, privacy-preserving enforcement that scales with product

Qualificações

• Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy work.
• Hands-on operational enforcement queue management.
• Subject matter expertise in KYC, identity verification, or related areas.
• Experience navigating evolving regulatory landscapes (DSA, GDPR).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy.

Responsabilidades

• Set collection policy for identity signals and evidence reinstatement.
• Improve verification program health and outcomes.
• Own access policy for hard cases, including geographic restrictions.
• Operate the enforcement queue with contractor support.
• Collaborate with Legal, Public Policy and Privacy stakeholders.
• Coordinate enforcement with third-party platform partners.
• Stay current with AI policy enforcement best practices.
• Implement graduated enforcement and appeal pathways.
