Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to assess how well they follow prompts.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule. Valid candidates should be fluent in English, have keen attention to detail, and be comfortable articulating concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Rate outputs and write English explanations pointing to observed issues.
