Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written English with clear communication of complex ideas.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to distinguish accurate from misleading content.
• Attention to detail in reviewing text, checking facts, and applying evaluation criteria.
• Ability to interpret instructions and follow guidelines thoroughly.
• Structured writing of evaluations, notes, and improvement recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and NLP is advantageous.
• Capacity to compare responses objectively with evidence and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, usefulness, and adherence to instructions.
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and potential fabrications; verify claims when needed.
• Apply evaluation rubrics to rate responses and document reasoning clearly.
• Compare multiple AI-generated answers to determine the best fit for user request.
• Check instruction following, formatting, and coverage of all questions.
• Assess language quality, readability, tone, and coherence.
• Identify reasoning errors, contradictions, and gaps in central questions.
• Evaluate safety, bias, privacy, and appropriateness per guidelines.
• Evaluate contextual understanding and ability to handle follow-up requests.
• Provide concise, evidence-based feedback with concrete improvement suggestions.
• Record quality issues and recurring errors in designated tools.
• Assist with benchmark testing and evaluation datasets.
• Identify opportunities to improve model training and QA processes.
• Handle prompts and datasets with confidentiality and data protection in mind.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
