Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and score exchanges. You will compare AI-produced images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
