The position is part of international collaborations with UC San Diego, JCVI, and industry partners, offering access to high-performance computing and robust data resources.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field relevant to AI, statistics, or computational modelling.
• Strong programming skills and experience with ML, analytics, and AI methods.
• Experience handling large, complex biomedical datasets and reproducible research practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning and AI methods for multimodal biomedical data.
• Collaborate across disciplines and international partners to interpret findings.
• Create reproducible analytical pipelines and document workflows.
• Contribute to predictive modelling, risk stratification, and early diagnosis applications.
• Publish results and prepare reports and project deliverables.
