Job summary

Davis is seeking an AI Researcher to lead floorplan generation research in our Paris office. You will work directly with architects, guiding research directions from diffusion models to deployment in a real‑world product used by real estate professionals.

You will join a focused team of engineers and researchers, pushing state‑of‑the‑art techniques to create editable, compliant floorplans and site plans that scale across projects.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Maths, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundations in ML and a track record of innovative research, publications, or high‑impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Design core model architecture and a discrete design space for architectural layouts.
• Lead training of a foundation diffusion model from scratch on GPU clusters.
• Evaluate model performance and establish benchmarks to measure success.
