This position is based in Cincinnati, with offices overlooking the skyline and close to downtown amenities, entertainment, parks, major league sports venues, and less than 20 minutes from CVG airport.

Position

We seek a creative expert interested in applying AI techniques to healthcare problems, including biological simulations, sensor data analysis, and health monitoring. This is a paid, full-time, onsite role supporting multiple research projects funded by the NIH.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Passionate engineer/scientist with an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA, or similar.
• Familiarity with Deep Learning tools in 3D Graphics and Animation.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Background in handling large, noisy datasets and applying machine learning techniques.
• Research experience and publications preferred.
• Ability to develop techniques and infrastructure from concept to prototype and product.
• Experience with cloud computing and multi-machine setups.
• Enthusiasm for working in small teams to solve complex problems, with or without supervision.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• A PhD is preferred; a Master's degree with relevant experience may be considered.
