Stone Alliance Group Career Page is seeking a Data Science and Engineering Manager to join the Center for Data Analytics, Innovation, and Rigor (DAIR) team in New York City. You will lead a team of about ten data scientists and software engineers, coordinating with clinical project managers to drive large-scale AI research initiatives in mental health.

This is a full-time, exempt role with a hybrid schedule in the NY Tri-State area or California Bay Area, requiring a minimum of four days in the

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading cross-functional data/AI projects.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with management, engineering teams, clinical researchers, and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and deliverables.
• Guide the team through the product development lifecycle from road mapping to delivery of designs and project management of engineering execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Achieve consensus around product vision and priorities across research, design, engineering, and data science with leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, implement mitigation strategies to stay on track and within budget.
• Help design and implement clinical validation and quality assurance testing for data generation and software development.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
