EWOR seeks exceptional operators and builders to join a new department driving AI research and 0-to-1 initiatives. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and implement from prototype to production, building scalable solutions to fuel rapid growth.

You will work with an elite team, report to the department founder, and operate with high ownership in a remote/international setup, communicating effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as AI Research Lab.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
