Amazon is seeking an Applied Science Intern to join its AI research teams across multiple U.S. locations, including Sunnyvale, CA.

You will work with world‑renowned experts on NLP, deep learning, and generative AI, applying cutting‑edge models to real‑world problems. You'll fine‑tune state‑of‑the‑art models, develop novel algorithms for NLP tasks like NER and QA, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research into impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD student enrolled and able to relocate.
• Experience in Java, Python, PyTorch or JAX.
• Available for full‑time 40 hours per week for the entire internship.
• Demonstrated research depth via publications or thesis.

Responsabilités

• Fine‑tune models and develop algorithms for NER and QA.
