Qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school with strong academics.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and sound judgment.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology; bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor AI law developments and provide client-ready guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions.
• Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Support litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
