Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive program management of infrastructure rationalization and AI-readiness initiatives globally. You will lead multiple, high-visibility workstreams with structured, data-driven scoping and risk-based decision making, collaborating across Cloud, Systems, AI, and IT teams.

The role requires 8+ years in program management within infrastructure, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and deep ITSM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrated technical depth, problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Technical background in infrastructure engineering, with a strong understanding of ITSM.
• Experience in running programs within a cross-functional, global team of mixed engineering, architecture, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Program Management – take a structured, data-driven, and risk-based approach to program scoping, execution, and reporting.
• Kick off and manage multiple, simultaneous, complex, high-visibility workstreams with ownership, collaboration, and process.
• Build processes, templates, and structure, or leverage existing ones as appropriate.
• Manage vendors, schedule, scope, and cost.
• Measure program success and risks using data and facts.
• Provide risk remediation strategies and drive risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across Moderna.
• Provide clear, accurate, timely communications.
• Advance infrastructure and security practices and culture.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Systems, AI, Network Engineering, IAM, IT, and software teams to drive improvements.
