Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an IT Data Architect to define and govern the enterprise data architecture that supports clinical care, analytics, and AI initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across Product Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and Security to deliver secure, interoperable data solutions.

The ideal candidate will establish reference architectures, domain models, and governance patterns, aligning with enterprise strategy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Experience designing enterprise data, information, integration, or cloud architectures.
• Healthcare provider experience and data platform modernization is preferred.
• DAMA CDMP, TOGAF, or cloud credentials are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data models, metadata, lineage, lakehouse and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, principles, and multi‑year roadmap.
• Establish enterprise data models, information domains, ownership boundaries, and authoritative sources.
• Define cloud data platform, lakehouse, warehouse, streaming, API, interoperability, and AI‑ready patterns.
• Guide master data, reference data, metadata, catalog, lineage, and data quality architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews and communicate decisions to IT and leadership.
