Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Delivery Consultant to join the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, designing modern data platforms, architectures, and data products that deliver AI-ready assets and secure, governed data for regulated environments.

You will work hands-on in customer environments, addressing HIPAA, GxP, and CDISC requirements while collaborating across IT, business, and partner teams. Approximately 50% on-site co-location is expected in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of data engineering, data architecture, and/or data platform development with hands-on production data pipelines.
• Experience with data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and zero-ETL patterns and streaming architectures using AWS services.
• Experience with ontologies and knowledge graphs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures within enterprise HCLS environments.
• Build data products serving multiple downstream applications from AI/ML model training to agentic AI systems.
• Operate autonomously within fast-moving delivery engagements, making data modeling and architecture decisions.
