The PR&D Data Analyst owns end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data reliability and accessibility for human and AI consumption, while collaborating with FinOps and analytics teams to optimize processes and insights.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
Excellent SQL skills and data modeling.
Hands-on experience building data pipelines with orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Familiarity with AI tools and creating AI-consumable data structures.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
Strong cross-functional communication across FinOps and product/R&D teams.

Responsibilities

Build data processes and structures for AI/LLM consumption.
Own the engineering and infrastructure of all data pipelines across domains.
Design and build automations converting team processes into AI-based workflows.
Serve as the technical connector between FinOps and product/R&D analytics tracks.
Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines and automations.
Collaborate closely with analysts to translate data needs into robust solutions.
