Job summary

CubeSmart in Malvern, PA is seeking a Technical Program Manager — Data & Analytics to own the IT data and analytics intake from intake through prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery. This role sits in the IT PMO and serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the data team.

You will work with BI, Qlik, and Databricks, building a structured intake process and driving AI-enabled data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of PM/PMO experience, with 2+ years on data/BI projects.
• Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Experience building structured intake processes.
• AI literacy and experience with AI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Requests intake queue in Asana — the single front door for all data, analytics, reporting, and BI project requests across the organization.
• Translate requests into well-defined project briefs with clear scope, business value, and success criteria before work begins.
• Lead bi-weekly intake triage sessions with the data team and apply the prioritization framework to sequence work.
• Maintain the integrity of the intake pipeline: statuses, stages, due dates, and ownership fields.
• Communicate with requestors and data team: set expectations, provide updates, surface blockers early.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource assignments for active data initiatives.
• Coordinate across Data Engineering, BI, Qlik, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to plan and deliver data projects.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; elevate when needed.
• Enforce IT PMO governance standards across the data portfolio.
• Support UAT planning and acceptance criteria with the data team and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of the intake process across business areas and educate users.
