Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and managing AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and permission sets.
• Deep understanding of cloud governance frameworks.
• Experience with AWS enterprise environments, including S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECR.
• Practical AI/ML experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock or similar).
• Ability to evaluate access control models and refine roles and permissions across teams.
• Experience collaborating with governance, security, and IT to design identity workflows.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for governance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimization of AI-ready cloud environments with high-performance compute, GPU clusters, containers, and storage.
• Integrate AI tools into existing systems, connecting models, APIs, and data sources securely.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and scaling in production.
• Enforce governance, security, and compliance with guardrails and policies.
