Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, accuracy, and usefulness, spotting issues such as distorted anatomy or misalignment, and writing clear explanations in English to guide model improvements. Flexible, remote work with weekly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Ideal qualifications include fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations in English.
