Job summary

PwC is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate to advance quality engineering within our Software and Product Innovation team in the United States. You will identify defects, optimize performance, and ensure a high-quality user experience across AI-enabled solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, design QA strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on test plans and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve defects to optimize performance and UX.
• Implement quality standards in software development and testing.
• Conduct functional and compatibility testing to validate reliability.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
• Design and manage QA processes to improve software quality.
• Collaborate to develop and execute test cases and protocols.
• Apply QA methodologies to evaluate testing and results.
• Provide post go-live support and address emerging issues.
• Leverage Selenium for browser automation and testing.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
