PwC in Boston is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate to strengthen our Software and Product Innovation team. In this role you will identify defects, optimize performance, and ensure robust testing across AI-enabled applications.
You will design test strategies, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining client focus and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and executing test strategies for AI-enabled applications.
- Automation and risk-based testing for AI systems.
- Mentoring junior QA staff.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality standards in software development and testing processes.
- Identify and resolve software defects to optimize performance and user experience.
- Conduct functional and compatibility testing to validate software reliability.
- Use data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Design and manage QA processes to improve software quality.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute test cases and protocols.
- Apply QA methodologies to evaluate and manage software testing.
- Provide post go-live support to address emerging issues.
- Leverage Selenium for browser automation and testing.
- Build client connections and manage client expectations.
