Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced QE Engagement Lead onsite in the United States to drive quality validation for application modernization and migration initiatives involving Agentic AI, .NET, Angular, AWS, SQL Server and PostgreSQL. This role requires hands-on coding, automation review, and leadership of client-facing QE engagements.

The candidate will own the QA strategy, extend Azure DevOps pipelines, and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure parity and robust data validation

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years leading a client-facing QE engagement onsite.
• Strong SQL on SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for client QA leadership and weekly reporting.
• Manage scope and timelines after inspecting the application estate.
• Extend the client’s Azure DevOps pipeline with Zensar practices.
• Lead reverse engineering of workflows and build a knowledge base.
• Establish coverage truth and drive risk-ranked gap closure.
• Own pre-migration baseline and post-cutover parity validation.
• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across Angular/.NET.
