Job summary

Aquent is seeking a highly technical, strategic individual to design scalable evaluation systems and automated testing workflows for content quality across digital experiences. You will balance automation with essential human review and partner with cross‑functional teams to shape the future of content quality operations.

You will lead initiatives in data analysis, optimization, and AI‑assisted quality, driving efficiency while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
2-4 years in test automation, quality engineering, AI evaluation, or systems development.
Strong experience with Python and various automation tooling.
Experience with AI tooling and infrastructure.
Experience building testing frameworks, quality systems, or workflow automation solutions.
Experience interpreting data and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
Strong technical problem‑solving and systems‑thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Design scalable testing and evaluation frameworks for content, templates, and AI‑generated experiences.
Define quality measurement approaches and establish testing standards across diverse content ecosystems.
Create recommendations for balancing automation, AI evaluation, and human review.
Develop and implement automated testing workflows and validation systems.
Identify and leverage opportunities to integrate AI for defect detection, content validation, and QA.
Design robust human‑in‑the‑loop evaluation frameworks for accurately assessing AI outputs.
Establish clear quality rubrics and benchmarking criteria.
Drive adoption of consistent testing standards across teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on automation recommendations and evaluations of quality risks.
Analyze testing metrics and operational data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Measure effectiveness of testing systems and optimize workflows.
