Job summary

Amazon, a global leader in e-commerce and technology, seeks a Program Manager to own the end-to-end prompt lifecycle for content classification automation. You will translate complex SOPs into precise prompts and drive production deployments with rigorous testing and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance program management, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prompt lifecycle for content classification automation, including drafting, iterating, A/B testing, and deployment to production.
• Develop SOP expertise in maturity rating and content descriptor SOPs and translate into prompt logic.
• Design and execute testing frameworks to validate outputs against ground truth and manage thresholds.
