Job summary

The Ai Training Company is seeking experienced Project Managers, Program Managers, and Technical Project Managers to evaluate and improve advanced AI systems and ensure plans are realistic and executable.

You will review AI-generated plans, schedules, reports, and stakeholder communications, applying hands-on judgment to assess feasibility, dependencies, risks, and governance across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in project management, program management, project coordination, technical delivery, or a closely related role.
• Experience managing or coordinating schedules, timelines, staffing, procurement, resources, or budgets.
• Experience working across technical or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to evaluate whether a project plan is realistic and executable.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Ability to explain why a project-management approach is strong, weak, incomplete, or unrealistic.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and schedules
• Evaluate project status reports, executive updates, meeting materials, and stakeholder communications
• Compare AI-generated responses and determine which demonstrates stronger project management judgment
• Assess project plans for feasibility, dependencies, sequencing, resources, and delivery risk
• Review scenarios involving budgets, staffing, procurement, vendors, and resource allocation
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, missing dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and execution risks
• Evaluate risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, action trackers, and project documentation
• Assess stakeholder management, escalation paths, governance, and communication strategies
• Provide detailed written feedback based on real-world project management practices
• Apply consistent evaluation criteria across technical and business project scenarios
