Job summary

AI Project Manager Intern is a remote-friendly internship joining our delivery team to support enterprise AI projects. You will learn scoping, planning, and delivery with real responsibilities from day one.

You will assist in project planning, create status reports, coordinate between engineering, data, and client teams, and help mitigate risks while improving internal processes. Fluency in English is required and German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed BSc/MSc in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Genuine interest in AI/ML and how it creates business value
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
• Fluent English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, tracking, and client communication
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
• Coordinate tasks between engineering, data, and client teams
• Help identify and escape risks or blockers
• Contribute to improving our internal delivery processes
