Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a seasoned leader to oversee enterprise AI initiatives from ideation through deployment. Job description

You will ensure that AI initiatives—from ideation to deployment—are executed effectively, align with organizational goals, and deliver measurable business outcomes

This is a long term contract that is hybrid 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Chicago

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Track program progress, manage dependencies across projects, and address potential roadblocks to ensure timely delivery
• Project Oversight: Lead individual AI projects, including planning, execution, and deployment, while managing resources, schedules, and budgets
• Strategic Leadership: Define program vision, align stakeholders, prioritize high-impact AI use cases, and ensure measurable value in efficiency, revenue, or customer experience
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, ML engineers, IT architects, MLOps engineers, AI ethicists, and compliance experts
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the central point for communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights
• Ethical Oversight & Data Governance: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, accountable, and compliant with data governance policies, including data integrity, security, and privacy

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
• Experience: 5–7+ years in program or project management, with experience in AI/ML programs, advanced analytics, or enterprise technology
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven technologies
• Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership skills
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to define program requirements, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes
