Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. in Chicago invites an AI Project Management Intern to learn how AI projects are identified, planned, developed, tested, deployed, governed, and adopted in a corporate environment.

You will support coordination across business, technology, data, security, and support teams, and collaborate with AI project managers, stakeholders, data and engineering teams, application teams, cybersecurity, vendors, and end users.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field and enrolled during internship.
• Able to provide housing and transportation during internship.
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree seeking program during the internship or returning to school afterward.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to project management concepts, AI tools, data visualization, or low-code platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support AI project managers and team members with day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, owners, target dates, and follow-ups.
• Assist with documenting AI use cases, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate discovery sessions, demos, testing sessions, and project check-ins.
• Assist with adoption planning, training material preparation, and post-launch materials.
