Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is hiring an AI Project / AI Program Manager in Dallas, TX on a hybrid basis. This role leads project teams and manages client engagements to deliver complex data and AI initiatives.

You will guide AI governance, architecture, and digital transformation efforts, develop software solutions per client needs, and drive profitability and quality across a portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in technology consulting or related fields.
• Proven experience leading software development teams and managing client engagements.
• Knowledge of Software Development tools like React.js / Node.js / JavaScript. / .NET and SQL.
• Comprehensive understanding of the AI solution landscape.
• Leadership experience in AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in AI adoption strategies and change management.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and project lifecycles
• Develop and Implement Software solutions as per the client requirement.
