Job summary

Blackhawk Network in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager - AI to lead cross‑functional AI programs improving automation, efficiency, and measurable business value. You’ll partner with AI architects, engineering, data, legal, and product teams to shape roadmaps and deliver AI‑enabled initiatives from concept through deployment.

You bring 8+ years in technical program management, strong governance, and hands‑on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical program management leading large cross-functional programs.
Strong fundamentals in roadmap planning, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
Experience partnering with engineering, product, ops, legal, and analytics to deliver complex initiatives.
Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude, Copilot) and workflow automation.
Ability to work with highly technical partners and translate AI concepts into actionable plans.
Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, CS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI program execution from planning through launch with strong governance.
Create and manage the AI program roadmap across domains, tracking milestones and decisions.
Coordinate with AI architects, data, engineering, and business teams to deliver automation initiatives.
Define and monitor KPIs such as throughput, cycle time, and business value realization.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
