Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager - AI in Pleasanton, CA, with hybrid work and in-person days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will lead cross‑functional AI programs to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 8+ years in technical program management, experience with GenAI platforms, and strong leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical program management and leading cross-functional programs.
Experience partnering across engineering, product, business, operations, legal, compliance, and analytics teams.
Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and workflow automation technologies.
Ability to work with highly technical partners and translate AI initiatives into executable programs.
Strong KPI definition, ROI evaluation, and business-value alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI program execution from planning through launch.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and tradeoffs across teams.
Drive governance, cadence, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate testing, rollout planning, and post-deployment follow-up for AI solutions.
Define and track KPIs like throughput, productivity gains, and cycle time reduction.
