We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Program and Tech Transformation Lead to join our team. This role will develop AI and tech transformation strategies, implement plans, manage programs and projects with organizational change management, and ensure alignment between business and Tech@Lilly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, a passion for innovation, learning agility, proven leadership skills, China market knowledge, business acumen, and proficiency in AI and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive China Strategy and plans for AI and tech transformation across all organizational areas, aligning with business strategy.
2. Utilize insights of the China market to tailor AI strategies that meet local business needs and capitalize on local tech opportunities.
3. Oversee AI programs and strategic tech transformation projects to ensure alignment with business priorities and proper technology execution. Provide guidance on AI/ML best practices.
4. Establish and manage relationships with internal and external resources for AI/ML solution implementation.
5. Lead Organizational Change Management initiatives to facilitate AI adoption, upskilling, and cultural change. Communicate strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and build strong AI product pipelines.
7. Stay updated on AI trends and technologies, seeking opportunities for innovation.
8. Ensure compliance with AI/ML regulations.
9. Manage budget and resources for AI/ML initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years in tech strategy development and enterprise program implementation.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong program management and OCM skills.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and local AI technologies in China.
• China Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of China's market dynamics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into AI initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
