Job summary

IBM Software is seeking a strategic and hands-on technical leader to define and drive Confluent’s internal agentic AI capabilities. You will partner across Engineering, Security, and IT to scale AI usage across our platform and accelerate value for customers and the business.

Responsibilities include building a roadmap for agentic automation, ensuring responsible AI adoption, and delivering high-impact AI-driven workflows across engineering teams.
