Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an AI Product Support professional to translate priority AI use cases into clear requirements and delivery plans, coordinating with engineering, data, and clinical teams. You will maintain documentation, manage dependencies, and help ensure responsible, measurable AI outcomes.

You will participate in discovery, document functional requirements, and support adoption, metrics, and continuous improvement across multiple AI initiatives within a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, digital product delivery, technology delivery, business analysis, product operations, data products, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Experience translating customer, business, clinical, or operational needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization inputs, and delivery artifacts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, analytics, data, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate priority AI use cases into product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and release plans.
• Maintain and organize product documentation, decision logs, issue lists, delivery artifacts, stakeholder inputs, and product-readiness materials.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to keep delivery work moving and aligned.
• Identify delivery risks, open questions, and dependency gaps needing escalation to Senior AI Product Managers or leaders.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand problems, workflows, pain points, and outcomes.
• Document jobs-to-be-done, process flows, user needs, and measurable success criteria for AI capabilities.
• Translate feedback into structured product inputs for roadmaps and prioritization.
• Support market, user, competitor, and internal capability research for reuse opportunities across use cases.
• Assist backlog grooming, sprint planning, roadmap updates, and release coordination for AI use cases.
• Ensure stories are clear, testable, and aligned to value, feasibility, and impact.
• Track progress, milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Prepare updates, decision materials, and launch-readiness materials for forums.
• Define AI-enabled behaviors, escalation paths, guardrails, and operational considerations.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, clinical/operational stakeholders to document real-world AI workflows.
• Ensure responsible AI with privacy, compliance, auditability, transparency, reliability, and customer trust.
