Job summary

Reuben Cooley Inc. is seeking an AI Product Owner with finance experience to bridge business users and the delivery team, translating needs into actionable AI solutions.

You will work with a Senior Manager, document requirements, and ensure AI initiatives deliver real value to finance stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner on AI or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of finance, such as financial reporting, planning and forecasting, accounting processes, risk or compliance.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories with business users.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI ideas and how they apply to business problems.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and comfort working with senior business stakeholders.

Experience

• 8+ years overall, with 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on AI, data or analytics products

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of finance, such as financial reporting, planning and forecasting, accounting processes, risk or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories with business users.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI ideas and how they apply to business problems.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and comfort working with senior business stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills
