Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for the App Foundations team to shape core Claude user experiences, memory, voice mode, and artifacts. You will drive end-to-end strategy, design scalable capabilities, and translate frontier model capabilities into simple, delightful user experiences for millions of users.

You will closely partner with design, engineering, data science, research, and marketing to ship high-impact improvements at a fast cadence while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and execution for your area.
• Design capabilities as systems that flexibly extend to all Claude products.
• Translate frontier model capabilities into simple, intuitive experiences for broad audiences.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Use quantitative data, experimentation, and user research to understand user behavior and prioritize.
• Set a high bar for quality and craft in everyday interactions of millions of users.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, research, and marketing to ship improvements.
• Balance rapid iteration with AI safety and ethics.
