Job summary

Centro is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive AI-first product initiatives for web development tools. You will define requirements, align with OKRs, and collaborate across squads to deliver features on schedule.

In this role, you will prototype concepts with AI tools, analyze data to iterate quickly, and communicate with stakeholders to minimize blockers and maximize impact. Remote-friendly environment with strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in web development.
• Strong product thinking to identify high-impact opportunities.
• User-first mindset focused on customer behavior and business impact.
• Ability to prototype concepts using AI-powered tools.
• Data-driven with analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Experience with subscription-based products is advantageous.
• Translate business objectives into measurable product initiatives.
• Familiar with OKR frameworks and modern product operating model.
• Comfort in AI-first development environments with rapid experimentation.
• Technical understanding of modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage timelines, releases, and rollouts.
• Research, evaluate, and validate new product ideas aligned with OKRs and strategy.
• Define clear product requirements with context for the development team.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication to set expectations and gather input.
• Scope resources, prioritize backlog, and define sprint goals while removing blockers.
• Lead by example to foster autonomous, accountable teams.
• Own problem-solving by driving solutions, fixes, and task completion.
• Design and run A/B tests and monitor usage to optimize tools.
• Stay updated on trends and conduct competitive analysis across markets.
• Understand user flows by tracking, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
• Track KPIs with stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences.
