Experis in Redmond, WA seeks an AI Product Manager 2 to own day-to-day operations for the GPU Deployment Hub and translate business needs into clear functional requirements. The role requires 2-4 years in business analysis, production support, and delivering tech solutions, with a technical/engineering bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business analysis with requirements, user stories and process flows.
• 2-4 years of delivering technology or business application solutions through the delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work-item/backlog management systems.
• 2-4 years of enterprise application production support and incident management.
• Technical/engineering bachelor’s degree required; non-technical backgrounds are not aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution for GPU Deployment Hub, including triaging user questions and coordinating follow-ups.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications/features, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with developers to support delivery through the software development lifecycle, including sandbox validation and production release communications.
• Support UX and testing/UAT by facilitating feedback loops and tracking defects.
• Maintain KTBRs and feature requests through requirements, development, testing/UAT, and production deployment, communicating status to stakeholders.
