Job summary
Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager within the Global Sourcing and Supply Management (GSSM) Solutions & Strategy team.
The role focuses on product strategy, roadmap, and execution to streamline, analyze, and drive decisions, creating intuitive experiences that harness Frontier LLM power. You will partner daily with AI engineers, designers, software developers, and stakeholders to build impactful software products, unlocking agentic experiences and scaling AI workflows across Apple’s
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience contributing to AI products, such as LLM-powered tools, agents, or MCP-based integrations.
- Strong product mindset focused on user problems.
- Ability to turn user feedback, support trends, and data into clear problem statements and priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with engineers and designers, discuss tradeoffs respectfully, and prioritize competing needs.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for supply chain AI products.
- Collaborate daily with AI engineers, designers, and software developers.
- Define intuitive experiences that leverage Frontier LLM.
- Drive data-driven decisions and iterate feature delivery.
- Scale AI capabilities within GSSM to deliver products at scale.
